ACE CRIS/SIS and SWT Meetings
I spent the past couple of weeks updating my
zall_widgets.pro, zallcutoffs_awl.pro, and zallcutoffs_tweak_awl.pro to version
3, allowing energy bin modifications while doing charge states analysis. I
applied energy binning to Q(Fe) for the 1/20/05 event, and I also did time cuts
(not in the widget, but manually) for the same event. Plotted them up -- no
statistically significant time or energy dependence for the bins I chose (to
divide Fe evenly between time and energy
bins).
I put the plots together in a
presentation for both the CRIS-SIS meeting on Monday and Tuesday and the SWT
meeting yesterday and today. The only person who was interested in my results
and who hadn't seen them before was Glenn M., and I spoke to him before I gave
my SWT talk. I managed to rush my talk in 10 minutes, given that we were
running late. (The CRIS-SIS version of the talk, which used the same slides,
essentially, was more relaxed and paced.)
