Pork is magic...



Remember the pork roast from last Sunday's Easter dinner?

Turns out that if you cook it for 8 hours in our version of North Carolina BBQ sauce you get magic pork that makes the world's best (or at least the best in our entire house) pulled pork sandwiches.

Seriously, this pork roast is like the loaves and the fishes, it just keeps making more and more meals.

I'm trying to work out an ice cream recipe for the left-overs.
