Earned B.M. degree from Tokyo National Univ. of Fine Arts and Music (Tokyo GEIDAI). Earned B.M. degree from Maryland Univ. Studied at doctor course of Eastman School of Music. Gained a scholarship to play a principal euphonium at Eastman Wind Ensemble. Performed at the 1st YAMAHA Debut Concert.
1989, won the 1st prize at The 4th International Leonard Falcone Euphonium Competition.
