If some people would just keep their smart ass ideas to themselves, we'd all be happier.

My favorite blog du jour happens to be Matthew Baldwin's Defective Yeti. I generally enjoy reveling in his humor, insights, and tragic tragic moments of geekness. In fact, I have found them so entertaining, I started sharing them with my wife. Recently I sent the following blog for her amusement.

We then had the following conversation:

Wife: Whose The Queen?

Me: That's what he calls his wife.

Pregnant Pause......damn......here it comes.....

Wife: How come you never call me The Queen?

Me: Well that wouldn't be very original, it's already used. I certainly can't refer to you as "The Queen" in my blogs, when someone else uses the term.

Wife: Hmmmm.

So, my wife will no longer be known as "my wife" or "Dana." Ladies and gentlemen I would like to introduce you to her highness, Empress Dana, Master of the Whole Damn World. The Empress for short.
