This Charming Dog: the first photo shoot

September 2001 I've wanted a dog all my life and here he is: Tino! He's a mischievous little miniature pinscher with a smart-assed personality, just like mine.

Not only does he have a great personality, but he goes with the furniture. Tino can't wait to pee on my Jonathan Adler alpaca throw. Dad likes him too. Half of the time, this is the view I have to look at. Eeech. SNAUSAGES! Hmmmm, he sure would make a nice hat someday... A multifunctional canine, he serves double duty as a warm headrest for guests. Like the late, great Diana Vreeland, this pooch favors red. Nothing cuter than watching a dog twitching and barking in full on r.e.m. sleep. This looks like a great place to take a dump! Deep tissue belly massage always brings a smile to his face. Check out the muscle tone on his withers. Look at me! See how cute I am? Hey! LOOK AT ME BEING CUTE! Are you LOOKING NOW?!
