How to with iPhoto:

Aim:
Here we will take an Album from iPhoto and make it into a slide show ready to then finish off as a 3gpp file in QuickTime Pro.

What will you need:
Hardware: G3 - G4 - G5 Mac.
Software: iPhoto - for more info click here.

1. First of all open up iPhoto. Applications > iPhoto.
- Tip: a short cut to Applications folder when in the finder is to press "Shift + Apple key + A"

2. Once you have iPhoto open, pick an Album that you would like to make into a slide show. To select the Album, just click on the name part or the blue part, until it goes grey.

3. Next we will get iPhoto to make our movie. File > Export
- Tip: a short cut to is to press "Shift key + Apple key + E"

4. In the Export window you will see 3 options at the top, if you pick the last one "QuickTime" then the only 2 mandatory settings you have to edit are, width at 176 and height at 144. After that click on Export in the bottom right corner.

5. Next stage is to go though QuickTime Pro with your movie....
